Deputy refund policy
14 days, any reason
If Deputy Pro is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it was your first payment or a renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to hello@razin.ai from the email you bought with, or include your license key. We refund through Creem, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with.
What happens next
Once a refund is made, the subscription it paid for is cancelled and Deputy Pro stops working with your key. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show the money back.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time at deputy.razin.ai/manage to stop future payments, and your key keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it.
